Press, Panels, Podcasts and PR
I’m so passionate about helping during the baby chapter, my heart often hurts! I’m on a mission to inspire people to prepare for birth and parenting seeing the bigger picture - including relational and mental wellbeing issues. The psychological and emotional impact birth and a baby has on life is huge. We can help ourselves so much more if we put some more effort into preparing in pregnancy and early parenting.
I’ve spoken on a panel for Mums The Word, Tunbridge Wells and am happy to share my story to inspire others. Either personal as Mother of 4 boys, premature twins, survivor of TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome), Shoulder Dystocia, and 3 babies out of 4 in NICU/SCBU.
Professionally, It’s my mission to educate parents to be and new parents that their mental health is a priority, and the effects it can have on them and their children. I aim to make simple self care, mindfulness, relaxation, breathwork and self hypnosis the norm, for all new parents so they can help keep their mental wellbeing in balance, recognise the signs when things are off balance and reduce the stigma attached to mental illness.
I have written for several publications including Motherdom Magazine, Families East Kent and Isabella and Us
