Living with high levels of anxiety is no fun - and there are so many of us that now see high anxiety as their “normal”. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Pregnancy and parenting are rife with anxiety - naturally we are in “protector mode”, but with everything else we have to deal with day-to-day, we could really do with learning and applying some anxiety management skills.
So, I created this pre-recorded workshop for you with 10 steps to mastering your anxiety (I use this daily as a mum of 4 lively boys). You can do this in your own time and come back to it as often as you like. I also include an MP3 for you to help you get used to taking some time out and switching on your inner calm.
Overcoming high levels pf anxiety is a necessary part of your pregnancy and parenting path. What you learn and model will have a fundamental impact on how your children grow up and learn to manage their own anxiety levels. What a wonderful gift to yourself and to them, for life.
